Most of you know I'm a big fan of American History. This past year I've visited two places that have fed that interest. You'll notice from the title photo that I had the chance to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. I spent hours roaming through the Hall enjoying all the exhibitions. Earlier in the year I visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. You could spend days in the museum and still not see all the sights. The setting of one of my favorite books is the Met. In the story, a girl and her brother hide out at the museum and turn it into a home away from home. Can you name the book I'm thinking about? I look forward to returning to school and hearing all about your summer adventures. |
